Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using AllBreeds.App. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Lawful Use

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, animal welfare laws, trade regulations, and data protection legislation.

2. Animal Welfare

AllBreeds is committed to promoting responsible animal care and breeding. You must not use the Service to:

• Facilitate, promote, or conceal animal cruelty or neglect
• Operate or promote puppy mills, kitten mills, animal mills, or any unethical breeding operations
• List animals from inhumane or illegal sources
• Falsify health records, genetic tests, or pedigree information
• Breed animals in violation of applicable animal welfare laws
• Trade in protected, endangered, or illegally acquired species

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Is defamatory, libelous, or invades another's privacy
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Is sexually explicit, violent, or depicts animal abuse
• Is spam, phishing, or deceptive
• Contains false or misleading information about animals

4. Marketplace Conduct

• List only animals you legally own or are authorized to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions, health information, and pricing
• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive sales practices
• Respond honestly and promptly to buyer inquiries
• Comply with all applicable animal sale and transport regulations
• Do not use the marketplace for illegal animal trade

5. Account Security

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately
• Use strong, unique passwords for your account

6. System Integrity

You must not:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data
• Overload the Service with excessive requests (DoS/DDoS)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement. We may also cooperate with investigations by governmental authorities.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@allbreeds.app or use the in-app reporting feature. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
