Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllBreeds.App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AllBreeds provides a breeding management platform for pet owners, breeders, registration bodies, and veterinary practices. The Service includes animal record management, breeding tools, genetics analysis, marketplace, messaging, show management, and related features across multiple subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior authorization
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of their selected tier. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Tier Downgrade

When a subscription expires or is canceled, your account reverts to the Free tier. You retain view-only access to data created during your paid subscription but cannot add or edit premium-tier content until you resubscribe.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, records, documents). By uploading content, you grant AllBreeds a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the right to upload it. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's rights.

6. Marketplace

AllBreeds provides a marketplace for users to list animals for sale or stud services. AllBreeds acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction between users.

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly
• AllBreeds does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed animal
• Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding animal sales and transport

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload false or misleading animal records
• Use the Service for animal cruelty or illegal breeding practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertising

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is owned by AllBreeds and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AllBreeds does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Genetics predictions and AI recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional veterinary or breeding advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AllBreeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AllBreeds harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Australia.
